Afroditi deeply believes in the potential of people and their ability to create meaningful change when they are encouraged and supported to thrive.

She initially studied Statistics (BSc at the Athens University of Economics & Business), but an early role as an Analyst in an HR unit revealed her true professional calling. This led her to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Management (MSc at at the Athens University of Economics & Business).

Over the last 25 years, Afroditi has built a multifaceted HR career across technology, telecommunications, consulting, and gaming — spanning both advisory and in-house leadership roles. Early in her career, she moved into Compensation & Benefits consulting (senior consultant in ICAP / Watson Wyatt) and then transitioned into corporate HR, holding roles such as C&B Senior Specialist at Ericsson, Senior Manager positions in HR Development & Org Design and Total Rewards at OTE Group, and HR Business Partner for the Marketing & Retail BUs at Cosmote Telecom. Most recently, she served as Director of Total Rewards & People Operations at Kaizen Gaming. She has guided major transformation projects, enabling organizational change and international expansion initiatives.

Afroditi is passionate about creating inclusive, engaging workplaces where leaders and teams can flourish. She enjoys mentoring, coaching, and facilitating meaningful conversations that empower people and inspire progress.

She is also Agile HR certified (ICAgile - HR & Business Agility Foundations), reflecting her belief in adaptability, co-creation, and collaborative ways of working that drive lasting change.

In October 2025, Afroditi joined theHappyLab to lead the new Fractional HR Services, designed for the needs and ambitions of SMEs, start-ups and scale ups.
