Learning journey structure
(April - October 2026)

The program combines:

  • Kick-off session
  • 6 group coaching sessions
    • 2,5 hour per session (16:00-18:30)
    • Every 3 weeks
    • Face-to-face
  • Celebration session

Coaching groups up to 10 participants, ensuring a safe, confidential and highly engaging learning experience.

Following the kick-off session, participants complete two robust development tools:

    • Deep insight into leadership style, strengths and behavioural preferences
  • LeaderTrustView 180° Survey (by Envisia Learning)
    • Anonymous feedback from direct reports on trust-building leadership behaviours
